Men-Tul Notes Online:
Beginning with the May 2003 issue, the Men-Tul Notes newsletter will be available online in two formats. On this page you will find links to PDF (Portable Document Format) files you can read online. If your have installed a recent copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, following one of these links should cause the newsletter edition you chose to open for reading on your screen, probably within your browser window. These files have the newsletter pages in simple page order for convenient online reading.
Alternatively, you may want to download the newsletter as a PDF file that you can store locally on your system. This will provide you with a file that you can archive, email to others, and of course work with when you aren't online. There are actually two different versions available for download.
The first version is the same file that you are looking at when you click the links above on this page to read online. The second version (the "Printable Format") is different, and it's designed for another purpose.
The printable version has the newsletter page arrangement that is used when printing the newsletter to paper. If you would like to print your own two sided, full color version of the newsletter, and you have the means to do it, then you will want to download this version. Print each page on 8-1/2" x 14" stock (commonly called legal size) using full duplex printing, then fold in the middle and staple to create a finished booklet. You will need a "long reach" or "saddle style" stapler to do the binding job conveniently.

Note: When you enter either of the archive folders linked above, your browser should display a page that shows line entries or icons that represent the files available. Right click the entry or icon for the issue of interest and save the file to your local system. The exact wording of the appropriate right click menu choice varies according to the browser you are using.
For example: With Internet Explorer, choose the "Copy to Folder" option. With Netscape Communicator, or with the Mozilla browser, choose the "Save Link Target As" option. NOTE: If by any chance your browser reports that "the page cannot be displayed" when you try to access either of the FTP archive folders linked above, simply press the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser. That should cause the display to appear.
